Police Department Arrests

1:10 p.m. Friday, 1100 block of North Oak Street, Brian Bruno, 39, on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, endangerment and criminal discharge of a firearm. Bruno is suspected of discharging a firearm inside a residence, injuring a 4-year-old Ottawa boy. The case remains under investigation.

9:39 p.m. Friday, 300 block of North Main Street, Victoria Everhart, 31, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after her vehicle was reported to be driving erratically.

11:13 p.m. Friday, 700 block of West Second Street, Lloyd Hamic II, 20, Ottawa, on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Franklin County warrant.

11:54 a.m. Saturday, 200 block of West Third Street, Andrew Sutton, 20, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

12:07 p.m. Saturday, 2100 block of South Princeton Circle, a vehicle driven by Stephen Warren, 56, Ottawa, struck a vehicle driven by James Austin, 35, Ottawa. Warren was cited for disobeying a traffic signal, according to a police report.

6:05 p.m. Saturday, 1000 block of South Hickory Street, a vehicle driven by Ryan Millbern, 36, Ottawa, struck a legally parked vehicle owned by William and Virginia Eddy of Baldwin City. Millbern was cited for limitations on backing, according to a police report.
