• 11:42 a.m. Sunday, I-35 at milepost 183 near Ottawa, Matthew Johnson, 24, Emporia, on suspicion of driving while suspended after being stopped for a traffic infraction.

• 12:30 a.m. Sunday, 400 block of South Main Street, Nathan Cunningham, 25, Ottawa, was cited and released on a notice to appear for driving with no driver’s license.

Theft Reports

• 10:02 a.m. Friday, 700 block of East Third Street, a 39-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole her bicycle from her yard.  

• 11:48 p.m. Friday, 1700 block of South Osage Drive, a 63-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole her potted flower plant from her driveway.

• 9:50 a.m. Friday, 1000 block of South Walnut Street, an 89-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole her trailer.
