Local law enforcement officials are asking residents for help in solving a six-year-old murder mystery.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the 2006 death of Tonie Standley, Quenemo.

Standley was reported missing Dec. 9, 2006, from her Quenemo residence in Osage County. Her body was found Dec. 22, 2006, in Franklin County, in the 300 block of Labette Terrace.  

Anyone with information about this crime is urged to call Franklin County Crime Stoppers at (888) 311-TIPS or (888) 311-8477. Callers may remain anonymous.

Franklin County Crime Stoppers will pay as much as $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of any person or persons committing a crime in Franklin County.
