• 4:41 p.m. Friday, 900 block of West 11th Street, Christopher Dahlke, 21, Ottawa, on suspicion of unlawful discharge of a firearm. Dahlke was cited and released, according to a police report.

• 9:24 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of West Second Street, Ronald Nash, 42, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

Thefts

• 11:24 a.m. Saturday, 2700 block of Oregon Road, a 51-year-old Ottawa man reported the theft of his dogs’ wheelchair. Loss was estimated at $257.

Accidents

• 1:33 p.m. Friday, 3100 block of Marshall Road, a 2010 Oshkosh military vehicle driven by Danny Warrick, 40, Gardner, struck a bridge, damaging both the bridge and an empty cargo container on the truck, according to a sheriff’s report. No injuries were reported.

• 12:31 p.m. Sunday, 500 block of South Locust Street, a 19-year-old Ottawa man was taken into protective custody after making comments about harming himself, according to a police report.

• 3:07 p.m. Friday, 900 block of West Second Street, a 58-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect stole his skid loader.
