Nikita Fugate, Wichita, and Drew Waldron, Ottawa, were married in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 29, 2012, at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Wichita with Steve Dickey officiating.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Tad Fugate, and her mother and step-father, Pam and Les Eck.
He is the son of Dr. Randy and Sandy Waldron.
She wore a Farlow by Enzoni cream bridal gown.
She carried white roses and assorted white seasonal flowers.
Maid of honor was the bride’s childhood friend, Kim Cheng, Wichita.
Bridesmaids were the bride’s friends, Allie Bloxdorf, Chicago, Ill., Taylor Lahar, Roeland Park, and Cara Stutler, Dekalb, Ill.; the groom’s sister, Brooke Vogel, Gardner; and the bride’s sister, Bianca Fugate, Lawrence.
Best man was the groom’s brother, Dr. Matthew Waldron, Gainesville, Fla.
Groomsmen were the bride’s brother, Zachary Fugate, Wichita; the groom’s childhood friend, Lee Baldwin, Cheney; the groom’s college friend, Chris Albrecht, Kansas City; the groom’s cousin, Nathan Rademaker, Dallas, Texas; and the groom’s childhood friend, Will Hendrix, Overland Park.
Ushers were the groom’s friends, Andrew Maxwell, Breckenridge, Colo., and Eric Marshall, Kansas City.
Candle lighters were Sarah and Grace Fugate, Overland Park.
Flower girls were the bride’s cousins, Megan and Lexi Weis, Wichita.

A reception was at the Broadview Hotel, Wichita.
The couple took a wedding trip to Tahiti.
The couple reside at 7629 Aberdeen in Prairie Village.
She is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in Accounting. She works for Grant Thornton in Kansas City.
He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is employed by Mariner Wealth Advisors in Leawood.
