Pearl R. Winters, 79, Ottawa, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010, at Village Manor Nursing Home, Ottawa. Services will be 12:30 p.m. Friday at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa.

She was born March 21, 1930, in Ottawa to Percie E. and Emma Josephine (Osborn) Winters.
