Lela Timmons, 85, Earling, Iowa, formerly of Garnett, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, at the Little Flower Haven Nursing Home in Earling, Iowa.

Services are planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church, Garnett. The family will greet friends at 1 p.m., before the service at the church. Burial will follow in the Wharton Cemetery, also known as Fairhope Cemetery at Gridley.
