Tyler Grant Gerhardt, 28, Lonedell, Mo., died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in Washington, Mo.

Funeral services are planned for 2 p.m. Monday at Faith Lutheran Church, 1320 W. 15th St., Ottawa. He will lie in repose from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa. Burial is planned for Antioch Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
