KATHRYN LENOIR MUSTAIN

Kathryn Lenoir Mustain, 88, Ottawa, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Wellsville Retirement Community.  

Graveside services are planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Dengel & Son Mortuary and proceed to Highland Cemetery.

She was born Sunday, Aug. 10, 1924, in Wheatland, Mo., the daughter of Clyde and Oma (Powell) Stover.

She lived in Ottawa since 1960, moving from Lamar, Mo.

Lenoir graduated from Wheatland High School, Wheatland, Mo., with the class of 1941.

She was a lifelong homemaker.

On Friday, Nov. 1, 1945, Lenoir was united in marriage with Luther Mustain in Wheatland, Mo. He preceded her in death Sept. 29, 1977.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Mustain; parents, Oma and Clyde Stover; three brothers, Ralph Stover, Powell Stover and Harry Stover; and sister, Geneva Bigler.

Survivors include her son, Mike Mustain and his wife, Mayria, Wellsville; daughter, Carol Hiller and her husband, George, Grain Valley, Mo.; four grandchildren, Molly Bugner, Ethan Mustain, Kimberly Berry and Eric Hiller; and three great-grandchildren, Caleb Berry, Zachary Berry and Beck Bugner.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Wellsville Retirement Community through Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory St., Ottawa KS 66067.
