ROSEMARY CAHILL SACHSE

Rosemary Cahill Sachse, 93, Leavenworth, died March 10, 2013, at the Richmond Rehabilitation Center, Richmond, Kan.

A mass of Christian burial is planned for 10 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Leavenworth. Visitation is set for 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at Belden Larkin Funeral Home, 707 S. Sixth St., Leavenworth. Family will be present 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son, John R. Sachse Jr.

Survivors include her sons, The Honorable Thomas H. Sachse and wife, Susan, Ottawa, Kan., Michael R. Sachse and wife, Lynne Pendlebury, Westminster, Colo., Mark J. Sachse and wife, Nancy, Mission Hills, Kan.; and six grandchildren, Scott Sachse and wife, Brandi, Prairie Village, Kan., Jack Sachse and wife, Lauren Bonds, Raleigh, N.C., Travis Sachse and Taylor Sachse, Westminster, Colo., Kate Sachse and Amy Sachse, Mission Hills, Kan.; her sister-in-law Rose Anne Sachse, Leavenworth, Kan.; and many nieces and nephews.

Rosemary was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Memorials in her name may be directed to the University of St. Mary or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
