Clarence Edwin Raines, 70, formerly of the Ottawa area, died Sunday, March 10, 2013.

A memorial service is planned for 4 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Dayspring Fellowship, 2217 S. Fretz, Edmond, Okla.

He was born Aug. 11, 1942, near Heavener, Okla., to Dorothy and Henry Raines.
