Elsie Fraker, 87, Garnett, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at Anderson County Long Term Care, Garnett.

Services are planned for 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church, Garnett. Burial will follow in the Garnett Cemetery. Visitation is planned for 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Garnett.

She was born May 19, 1925, in Welda to Charles and Elva (Johnson) Cox.
