• 8:31 p.m. Tuesday, 4300 Alabama Terrace, Julie Pfannenstiel, 47, Pomona, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Police Department Arrests

• 8:09 p.m. Tuesday, 200 block of West Third Street, Kassandra Montoya, 20, Ottawa, on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol as an underage drinker.

• 10:12 p.m. Tuesday, Walmart, 2101 S. Princeton St., Jeremy Seyler, 25, Ottawa, on suspicion of shoplifting, criminal damage to property and possession of narcotics.

• 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of West Second Street, a 17-year-old Ottawa male juvenile, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• 9:38 a.m. Tuesday, 4500 Woodson Road, a 46-year-old Wellsville woman reported her mailbox was damaged. Damage was estimated at $10.

• 6:56 p.m. Tuesday, 4800 block of Vermont Road, a 64-year-old Wellsville man reported someone struck his mailbox with a vehicle. Damage was estimated at $200.

• 9:42 p.m. Tuesday, 800 block of East Walton Street, Larry Kelly, 56, Ottawa, was issued a citation for harboring a vicious dog and a notice to appear in court, after his dog allegedly bit a 21-year-old Ottawa man, according to a police report.

Theft Reports

• 5:38 p.m. Tuesday, Applebee’s parking lot, 2340 S. Oak St., a 62-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole her license plate.
