The Newland-Rockhold reunion was Sept. 19, 2010, at Centropolis, with 77 attending. Everyone enjoyed lots of good food, shared memories and life stories.

Ernie Rockhold recited a poem he had written about the person he is on the outside in comparison to the person he is on the inside.
The youngest family member award went to Devon Coates, 1, son of Dallas and Lanette Coates, Americus. He is the seventh generation of the George A. Newland and George A. Rockhold generation. Devonís brother is Dalton Coates.
Thelma Randel, Baldwin City, maintains the crown for senior princess. Tim King, Mansfield, Texas, travelled the greatest distance.
