What thoughts first cross your mind when you read the following statistics from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Kansas Department of Transportation?

• During 2007, in Kansas, an estimated 26 traffic fatalities and 1,000 nonfatal traffic injuries involved an underage drunken driver.
