900 East Wilson Street 1629 hours Lindsay Nicholson, 18-year-old female from Ottawa was arrested for damage to property.  Officer Lemons

07/11/2008 @ 21:30, 1107 W 17th, Ottawa.  Juvenile subject of ottawa was picked up at this location on a FRCO Pickup Order.

07/11/2008 @ 22:45, K-68 and Kentucky Rd. Cynthia Sabiston and Michael Dock of Edgerton were both arrested for transporting an open container.

Theft:

07/11/2008 @ 17:20, 200 E Central Ave. Richmond. Unknown subjects broke into the concession stand behind the community building and stole items that amounted to $45 dollars. Report taken.

PFA Violation:

07/11/2008 @ 17:34, 3300 K-68 Highway.  A man advised that his wife was violating a restraining order by contacting him at work. Report taken.

Accident:

07/11/2008 @ 21:30, Old Highway 50 and Indiana. Ervin Prather of Ottawa was north bound in a 2006 Hyundai Sonata and struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle is greater than $1000 dollars.  Ervin’s wife and 2 daughters were also with him.  No injuries.

1429hrs, 2000 block of Riley Rd., 36yo Ottawa man reporting that unknown person(s) entered a garage and took a motorcycle and torch. Loss estimated at $710.

Arrest:

2055hrs, 305 S. Main St., Arrested Brandon Bussell, 17yo Ottawa, for battery while being held at JDC.

1813hrs, 4151 Iowa Terr., Arrested Travis Herrera, 21yo Ottawa, on a charge of domestic battery.

900 Maple, 1741 hrs, a 40-year-old Ottawa male reported that his 13-year-old daughter left home without permission. Officer Lemons

No Drivers License / No Insurance

1600 Block South Main 2135 Hours, a 17-year-old Ottawa Kansas female was cited and released for no current driver’s license and no proof of insurance after being observed committing a traffic infraction by officers. Sgt. Weingartner
