• 7:28 a.m. Wednesday, 747 Haskell Terrace, Kyle Travis Shaw, 25, Pomona, on suspicion of unlawful criminal restraint, domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

• 9:35 a.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Patricia Carol Finch, 46, 610 N. Oak St., Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear. Released on $750 bond.

• 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, I-35 milepost 169, Scott Allan Lee, Mahnomen, Minn., on suspicion of transporting an open container and operating a vehicle without a valid drivers license.

• 12:02 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Jamie Lou Stout, 51, Baldwin City, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear. Bond set at $2,000.

• 6:28 p.m. Wednesday, Seventh and Cedar streets, Dustin Thomas Markus, 31, 927 E. Eighth St., Ottawa, on suspicion of endangering a child, criminal use of a weapon, possession of drugs with intent to sell, no drug tax stamp and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• 1:02 a.m. Thursday, East Seventh and Hickory streets, Gabriel Aaron Belobrajdic, 19, Bonner Springs, on suspicion of possession of depressants possession of precursor material with intent to manufacture.

• 1:26 a.m. Thursday, (no address given), Dallas Dwayne Wilson, 28, Osawatomie, on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked license.

• Noon Wednesday, 1300 S. Mulberry St, David Lamon Young, 29, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

• 12:56 p.m. Wednesday, 1300 Dogwood St., Ryan A. Dodd, 25, 1344 S. Dogwood St., Ottawa, on suspicion of no motorcycle drivers license, no insurance and no vehicle registration. Issued a notice to appear.

• 1 p.m. Wednesday, 100 block of West Second Street, a 55-year-old Ottawa woman reported she had items stolen in Orlando, Fla.  

• 5:14 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of North Main Street, several items.

• 5:55 p.m. Wednesday, 200 block of West Second Street, several items from a home.

Vandalism

• 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of North Poplar St., a 31-year-old Ottawa man reported a known suspect damaged his property.

Accidents

Non-Injury

• 11:46 p.m. Sunday, 23rd Street and U.S. 59, a vehicle driven by Bradley Fitzpatrick, 18, Quenemo, struck a vehicle driven by Scott Getter, 50, Ottawa. Fitzpatrick was cited for following too close and no insurance. Getter was cited for no insurance.

• 7:55 p.m. Sunday, 2101 S. Princeton St., Wal-Mart Supercenter, Augusta Richardson, 54, Topeka, reported an unknown vehicle struck her legally parked vehicle.

• 12:07 p.m. Monday, 500 block of South Walnut Street, Roger Wood, 52, Louisburg, reported an unknown vehicle struck his vehicle while it was legally parked.

• 4:25 a.m. Monday, I-35 milepost 185, a vehicle driven by Charles L. Clyma, 60, Seminole Okla., struck a deer. Damage estimated at more than $1,000.

• 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, 2200 block of South Princeton Street, a vehicle driven by Crystal Thomas, 24, Garnett, turned in front of a vehicle driven by Charles Lamm, 32, Ottawa. Thomas was cited for making an improper turn.

Injury

• 11:01 a.m. Monday, 3434 Indiana Road, Martin Scott, 79, Pomona, suffered injuries in a tractor accident.
