City photo contest captures Ottawa shutterbugs’ talents

Cindy McCurdy likes to take pictures of her grandkids sitting with flowers.

So when she heard about a photo contest sponsored by the City of Ottawa’s Planning and Codes Administration, she thought it would be fun to submit a photograph of her 2-year-old grandson hamming it up amid gourd plants.
