12:22 a.m. Saturday, 900 block of East Ninth Street, a 41-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect cut one of the tires on his vehicle.
4:49 p.m. Saturday, 300 block of East 15th Street, a 16-year-old boy from Vassar was cited on suspicion of driving without a valid drivers license.
