Shirley Marie Lintner, 90, Wellsville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 19 at her home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at Wilsonís Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, also at Wilsonís. Interment will follow services in the Wellsville Cemetery.

Shirley Marie Lintner was born July 21, 1923, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of John B. and Effie (Brown) Partain.

She grew up in Oklahoma where she attended and graduated from high school in 1940. During WWII, she worked around the B-25 aircraft as an inspector for three years.

On June 1, 1946, she married Albert Lintner Sr. in Overland Park. They were married 46 years before his passing in 1992.

She had been in Wellsville since 1974, where she raised her family and was a member of the Wellsville Baptist Church, Wellsville American Legion Auxiliary, the Burean Sunday School Class and the Friends of the Library.

Shirley is survived by her sons, Albert Jr. and his wife Karen, Linn Valley, Kan., Richard and his wife Jan, Wellsville, Larry and his wife Audrey, Ottawa; a brother, Harold Partain, Lathrop, Mo.; a sister Maurine Macray, Tinley Park, Ill.; five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband; a brother, Raymond; and a sister, Ina Landreth.
