LOUISBURG — The Ottawa High School volleyball team ended its regular season Tuesday with a three-set loss to Louisburg in Louisburg.

Ottawa lost 25-23, 25-18, 25-13.

“Louisburg is a strong team and we did a great job of competing with them the entire match,” Ottawa coach Laura Jeannin. “We worked hard and played with a lot of confidence.

“Going into sub-state this Saturday, it’s important that we continue to play confident and compete with the teams we play.”

Ottawa (17-20) has a rematch with Louisburg (35-2) in the first-round of sub-state 2 p.m. Saturday in Fort Scott.

Kylie Foster: 9 kills, 13 digs.

Abigail Fangman: 10 assists.

Corie Fischer: 11 digs.

Brette Moore: 2 blocks.
