Anderson County took charge in the second half Tuesday to down Central Heights, 67-48, at Central Heights.

The Bulldogs led the Vikings 26-23 at halftime, but outscored Central Heights 41-25 in the second half.

“The game was a tale of two halves,” Central Heights coach Rusty Cannady said. “The first half we came out composed and guarded as a team. The second half we were terrible.

“No communication on defense and would not work as a team to beat their press. We just expected one person to get the ball up the floor.

“To beat a press you need to advance the ball with the pass and not the dribble. Very disappointed with our team play the second half.”

Eric Tastove paced the Bulldogs with 28 points. Spencer Walter tossed in 19. Tanner Lickteig had 10.

Tanner Erhart led the Vikings with 16 points. Zach McAfee tossed in 12.
