Marjorie I. Fleck, 82, Ottawa, Kan., died Monday, July 15, 2013, at Ransom Memorial Hospital.
Family will meet with friends at Dengel & Son Mortuary from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013. Inurnment will be at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth.
She was born Friday, April 24, 1931, in Quenemo, Kan., the daughter of Albert Karl and Emma Louise (Lohmann) Dehn.
She has been a resident of Ottawa since 1998, moving from California where she resided from 1951 to 1997.
Marjorie graduated from Quenemo High School with the class of 1949. She was a bookkeeper for various businesses in California.† Marjorie received her pilotís license and in her spare time enjoyed flying.
On Jan. 21, 1951, Marjorie was united in marriage with Theodore Allen Fleck Jr. in Quenemo, Kan. He preceded her in death July 11, 1992.
Survivors include sisters-in-law, Clarene Dehn, Topeka, and Carol Kittelson, Lake City, Minn.; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by parents, Albert and Emma Dehn; husband, Theodore Fleck Jr.;† and brother, Donald L. Dehn.
