OLATHE — The Ottawa High School wrestling team had three wrestlers win all five matches Saturday in the Olathe North Dual Tournament.

Cale Paquette, Caleb Parenti and Dalton Weidl went 5-0. Hunter Peoples was 3-0. Connor Gross and Mickey Jensen were 4-1.

Ottawa was hampered in the dual format with four opens. Ottawa went 1-4.

“Giving up 24 points before the match starts, it becomes very difficult to win, but we had several wrestlers have great days,” Ottawa coach Joe Tokarz said. “Very good days by Caleb and Dalton, they both are working very hard. Cale defeated several quality wrestlers ... one from Piper that had pinned him last week.”

Ottawa wrestles Thursday at Basehor-Linwood.
