The Central Heights FFA chapter has been constantly working hard and preparing for many upcoming contests. The past couple of contests have proven how all of their hard work can truly pay off. The latest contest for Central Heights, was none other then the public speaking competition in Dover, Kan.

After a busy day, the results were told, and Central Heights placed first overall. Individually for freshman speech, Cade Hibdon placed eighth, as well as second in creed. In sophomore speech, Scooter Kice placed first, as well as first in extempt, and Amanda Raby placed ninth in speech. In junior division, Madison Blevins placed first, and Alicia Moreno placed sixth. In senior division, Christy Pryor placed seventh.  

Another huge contest attended by Central Heights FFA Chapter, was the Kansas Beef Expo in Hutchison. The kids did a great job and worked hard to prepare for the contest. Freshman Cade Hibdon placed first overall and won the expo.
