Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Parliamentarian Chad Hibdon presented a talk about how a tied vote is broken. VIP training renewal forms need to be turned in. Miranda Vrbas was initiated as a new club member.
It was decided that a float will be designed for the Christmas parade. For the program, Rachel Vrbas demonstrated different ways you can wear a scarf; Monica Vrbas demonstrated how to decorate cut-out cookies; and Miranda Vrbas did a project talk about cats. She brought a fluffy kitten that was quite a hit with the members of the club. Since this was Club Achievement Night, members of the club shared what their greatest accomplishment was during the past 4-H year.
Those who turned in record books were rewarded with a Diary Queen gift card. The meeting was adjourned with the 4-H motto.
