The wedding was an outdoor ceremony Oct. 26, 2013, at Dunbar Farms, Princeton, which was officiated by Rev. Jerry Harnden.
He is the son of Peter and Julia Hayden, Julia Creek, Queensland, Australia.
Maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Janna Dunbar, Fairway.
Bridesmaids were the bride’s sister-in-law, Cassie Dunbar, Princeton; and the bride’s friends, Sarah Nelson, New Bedford, Mass., and Jill Rasa, Kansas City, Mo.
Best man was the groom’s friend, Andrew Webster, Dalby, Queensland, Australia.
Groomsmen were the groom’s friends, Tim Cavanaugh, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, Sam Condon, Dalby, Queensland, Australia, and Matthew Butler, Armidale, New South Wales, Australia.
Hosts were the bride’s brother, Aaron Dunbar, Princeton; the groom’s sister, Anne Hayden, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; and the groom’s brother, Anthony Hayden, Richmond, Queensland, Australia.
A reception included a cocktail hour, catered family-style dinner featuring Dunbar Farms beef tenderloin, and dancing in a candlelit tent on the farm grounds.
The bride is a graduate of Central Heights High School; Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics; and the University of Kansas with a Master of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics. She works as a registered dietician at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
The groom is a graduate of the University of Queensland (Australia) with a Bachelor of Science degree in business; the University of New England (Australia) with a Master of Science degree in economics; and Oxford University (Oxford, England) with a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction. He works for the National Australia Bank.
