Catherine Gisele Parent, Quebec City, QC Canada, and Todd Wright, Newcastle, Okla., were married July 17, 2012, at Chickasha, Okla. She is the daughter of Jean-Francois and Elise Parent, Quebec City, QC Canada, and he is the son of Brent and Jan Wright, Ottawa, Kan.

An evening dinner/reception was held Sept. 8, 2012, at the home of the groom’s parents under a festive white tent in the front yard. Music and entertainment were provided. The bride’s parents and aunt and uncle, Michelle and Robert Viger, from Quebec were in attendance, as well as the groom’s grandparents, Mary Lea Wright, Iola, and Adrian and Ruth Robinson, Blue Mound.

The couple are residing at Newcastle, Okla.
