The Ottawa City Commission will not have its Monday study session, and all state, county and city offices will be closed.
Ottawa Library, 101 S. Hickory St., Ottawa, will be open with its regularly scheduled hours.
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners will not have a study session on Monday. The board’s next regular meeting is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in commission chambers at the Franklin County Office Annex, 1428 S. Main St., Ottawa.
Other area agencies planning to be closed Monday include the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, 109 E. Second St.; and the U.S. Post Office, 401 S. Hickory St. The postal service also will not be delivering the mail Monday. The agencies and offices all plan to re-open for their respective regular hours Tuesday.
The East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging, 132 S. Main St., Ottawa, and the Ottawa Community Recreation Center/Goppert Building, 705 W. 15th St.,will conduct regular hours Monday.
The Ottawa Herald, 104 S. Cedar St., will be open Monday with regular business hours.
