Ottawa High School varsity, junior varsity and freshman volleyball squads will trade in some of their red and white for pink Tuesday to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, according to an OHS news release.

Games start at 4:30 p.m. against the Louisburg Wildcats in the south gym at OHS, 1120 S. Ash St., Ottawa.

Franklin County Cancer Foundation representatives will be in attendance to help raise money for breast cancer awareness and research, the release said. Donations can be made at the door.

OHS players and coaches encourage all students and spectators to “pink out the event” to show their support, the release said.

The following seniors also will be honored Tuesday after the varsity game: Shandra Bulmer, Jillian Prather, Kylie Fischer, Paige Weidner, Alexis Roecker and managers Brandon Morris and Kiersten Eads.
