• 3:36 p.m. Friday, 700 block of Ash Street, Norman Devin, 61, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving under the influence and a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a police report.
• 9:53 a.m. Saturday, 600 block of North Mulberry Street, Andrew Leabo, 28, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.
• 5 p.m. Saturday, 800 block of South Cherry Street, Michael Bishop, 38, Ottawa, on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
• 10:09 p.m. Saturday, Fifth and Cedar streets, a 16-year-old Ottawa boy was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
• 1:54 a.m. Sunday, 300 block of Walnut Street, Kenneth Cartwright, 29, Kansas City, Kan., on a State of Missouri warrant.
• 10:05 p.m. Sunday, Walmart Supercenter, 2101 S. Princeton St., Tyler Murrow, 22, Iola, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Theft
• 10:01 a.m. Friday, 500 block of K-68 in Franklin County, an 85-year-old Pomona man reported he was the victim of a scam and lost $3,400.
• 12:34 p.m. Friday, 500 block of East Seventh Street, Pomona, a 36-year-old Pomona man reported his garage had been broken into and items valued at $2,580 were taken.
• 6:10 p.m. Friday, 1900 block of Nebraska Road, sheriff’s officers investigated a residential burglary. The 47-year-old homeowner reported unknown suspects stole items valued at $8,875.
• 10:34 a.m. Sunday, 2600 block of Sand Creek Road, a 72-year-old Ottawa man reported unknown suspects stole a 1985 Champion stock trailer valued at $2,500 from his property.
Accidents
• 7:34 p.m. Saturday, 1400 block of Colorado Road, a 2002 Hyundai Elantra driven by Paul Rowland, 39, Pomona, was northbound in the 1400 block of Colorado Road when he struck a trailer attached to a 1974 Chevy truck owned by Chris Reekie, 70, Williamsburg. No injuries were reported.

• 4:11 p.m. Sunday, El Mezcal, 402 S. Main St., a 35-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown man and woman left without paying for food.
• 6:51 p.m. Sunday, Casey’s General Store, 940 N. Main St., a 20-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole fuel.
