Sheriff’s Department Arrests
• 11:59 a.m. Monday, Johnson County Jail, Teyon C. Reese, 20, no address given, on a Franklin County warrant.
• 3:24 p.m. Monday, 500 block of South Willow Street, Katelyn Blanco, 19, Ottawa, and Aaron Wilson, 20, Ottawa, were both arrested on suspicion of violating each other’s protection from abuse orders, according to a police report.
• 1:23 a.m. Tuesday, 700 block of South Ash Street, Michael Woods, 24, Osawatomie, on suspicion of driving under the influence after he was stopped for a traffic infraction.
• 1:22 p.m. Tuesday, milepost 182 on I-35, Richard Hardley, 30, Arlington, Texas, on suspicion of possession of marijuana, depressants and paraphernalia. Hardley also was arrested on a Blue Springs, Mo., warrant.
• 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, 1000 block of South Cedar Street, Alexis Donoho, 21, Wharton, Texas, was cited and released on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Thefts
• 5:06 p.m. Monday, 800 block of North Locust Street, a 36-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect stole items from his unlocked vehicle.
• 10:53 a.m. Monday, Ottawa Library, 105 S. Hickory St., a 48-year-old library employee reported a known suspect stole items from the library. The case is under investigation.
