Police Department Arrests
• 3:50 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of South Highland Street, Airaymon Cole, 22, Ottawa, on suspicion of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol and contributing to child misconduct. A 17-year-old Ottawa girl also was arrested on suspicion of underage consumption of alcohol.

Thefts
• 9:51 a.m. Tuesday, 500 block of Jackson Road, a 69-year-old Greenspring, W.V., man reported the theft of a horse and criminal damage to property.
• 7:37 p.m. Tuesday, 4100 block of K-68 in Franklin County, a 40-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone damaged her front door while she was at work. Damage was estimated at $200.
• 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, 2800 block of Sand Creek Road, a 51-year-old Overbrook man reported a theft from Hunt Martin Materials. Estimated loss was $2,000.
• 12:06 p.m. Wednesday, 3500 block of Florida Road, a 69-year-old Olathe man reported a barn on his property was broken into and items were taken.
Accidents
• 5:47 p.m. Wednesday, K-68 and Texas Road, a 2008 Ford Taurus driven by Adam Webb, 35, Baldwin City, was westbound on K-68 when the vehicle was struck from behind by a 2012 Ford Festiva driven by Adam Thomas, 27, Ottawa. No injuries were reported.

• 3:30 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of South Highland Street, a 17-year-old Ottawa girl reported she was battered by a 21-year-old Yates Center man.
Thefts
• 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, Casey’s General Store, 1019 W. 7th St., a 59-year-old store employee reported an unknown man had stolen fuel. Curtis Clayton, 21, Ottawa, later was arrested on suspicion of theft and a McPherson County warrant, according to a police report.
