Police Department Arrests
• 4:36 p.m. Monday, 900 block of South Lincoln Street, Arlie L. Stewart Jr., 42, Ottawa, on suspicion of battering a law enforcement officer and obstruction of the legal process.
• 9:34 a.m. Tuesday, Ottawa Middle School, 1230 S. Ash St., a 13-year-old boy was arrested for theft of school property.
• 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of Osage Drive, Zacheri Downs, 27, Ottawa, on a Franklin County Community Corrections warrant.

• 1:20 p.m. Monday, Conoco, 2243 S. Princeton St., a 39-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect caused damage to the car wash.
Thefts
• 1:09 p.m. Tuesday, Fredrikson Chapel, 1011 S. Cedar St., a 39-year-old Ottawa man reported unknown suspects stole some items.

• 5:26 p.m. Friday, 825 Main St., Wellsville, Wellsville and Cutler firefighters responded to a structure fire.
• 1:55 a.m. Saturday, 3453 Kingman Road, Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison, Cutler and Ohio firefighers responded to a structure fire.
