John R. “Jack” DeVault, 82, Welda, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at his home.

Services are planned for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Garnett. The family will be present to greet friends at 1 p.m. Tuesday before the service for visitation.

He was born Oct. 16, 1930, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of James R. and Jessie (Smith) DeVault.
