Marguerite L. “Peggy” Harshberger, 76, Ottawa, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013.  

Services are planned for 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at First United Methodist Church Ottawa. Visitation is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at Dengel & Son Mortuary.   

She was born Friday, Jan. 15, 1937, in Bangor, Maine, to Earl and Barbara (Perry) Emery.
