Phillis Kerns, 92, formerly of Wichita, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Petersons Nursing Home in Osage City.
Services are planned for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the VanArsdale Funeral Chapel in Osage City. Visitation is planned an hour before service. Graveside services are planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at Holton Cemetery in Holton.
