Scott Douglas Adams, 50, Welda, died at his home Nov. 11, 2012.

Services are planned for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Garnett. The family will greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

He was born June 10, 1962, at Garnett, the son of Ralph G. and Sharon K. (Holmes) Adams.
