Lt. Col. F.A. Records, U.S. Air Force, retired, died Nov. 16, 2012 in Pampa, Texas.  

Services are planned for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, Texas, with Rev. James Stevens, pastor of the First Christian Church of Borger, officiating. Graveside services are planned for 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Ochiltree Cemetery south of Perryton with military honors courtesy of Altus Air Force Base Blue Knights Honor Guard. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

He is remembered by his granddaughter, Sara A. Phinney and her children, Lucas and Owen; a grandson, Robert M. Hagerty and his son, Brady; a grandson: David Anderson; his sister, Colleen A. Wheeler, Higgins, Texas; two brothers, Paul A. “Jim” Records, Fischer, Texas, and George L. Records, Ottawa; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
