A lack of attendance prompted cancelation at the county level.
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners Wednesday meeting was canceled because of a lack of quorum. A quorum is the minimum number of members necessary to conduct the business of that group.
The meeting’s agenda only included one item, which likely will be added to the agenda for the board’s next meeting, set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the commission chambers at the Franklin County Office Annex, 1428 S. Main St., Ottawa.
