Anthony Perry, an NAIA All-American, finished eighth in the 200-meter race at 23.47 seconds.
Jeo Mendez led Ottawa’s contingent in the 5,000 race. He was sixth at 9:24. Cole Carlson finished 11th, 10:02. Nicholas Ledet was 12th, 10:08. Ethan Van Zant finished 14th, 10:19, and Caleb Love was 16th, 11:07.
The women were paced by Chelsea Fullerton’s third-place finish in the 3,000 at 11:20. Tiffany Anderson took ninth in the 60 at 8.45. Lisa Greer was 14th in the 400 at 1:08.
Sarah Daines placed seventh in the 600 at 1:47. In the 1,000, Janelle Bailey was seventh, 3:23; Jena Richardson, eighth, 3:29, and Taylor Slavens, 10th, 3:55.77.
Brianna Betts led Ottawa’s trio in the triple jump with an 11th-place finish at 33-9.5. Annie Kessler was 12 at 33-8.5 and Anderson, 13th, 33-4.75.
Ottawa competes Friday in Kearney, Neb.
