LifeCare Center of Ottawa is hosting “LifeCare Hike & Bike for Life,” a benefit where people can do any of those on the Prairie Spirit and Flint Hills trails to help raise money to help “foster healthy families,” according to the organization’s official website. Check-in starts 9 a.m. Saturday in the Old Depot Museum’s parking lot, 135 W. Tecumseh St., Ottawa, with the event itself following at 10 a.m. A minimum of $50 raised gets participants a T-shirt, while $100 gets participants both a shirt and water bottle. Prizes will be awarded for the most money raised and longest distance traveled. Teams or individuals are welcome. To register and create a FundEasy page, visit goo.gl/TNrtpF
