• 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, 2000 block of Georgia Road, Doran Wormell, 34, Williamsburg, on suspicion of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, theft, driving while suspended, aggravated assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.

• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Jeremy Michael Burgess, 36, Leavenworth, on two probation violation warrants, a probable cause warrant for arson, and a probable cause warrant for burglary.

• 5:14 p.m. Monday, 800 block of South Poplar Street, Jason Graves, 52, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving while revoked and no insurance.

• 3:08 a.m. Wednesday, 1100 block of North Main Street, Philip Hasty, 31, Ottawa, on suspicion of domestic criminal damage to property.

Incidents

• 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, Delaware Road, a Pomona woman reported a known subject threatened her. A report will be forwarded to the county attorney’s office.

Thefts

• 1:02 p.m. Tuesday, 2200 block of Virginia Road, a 70-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown subject entered two residences and a barn she owns. Several pieces of miscellaneous tools and hardware were stolen, as well as a Makita drill, according to a sheriff’s report. Damage to the structures occurred from the suspect forcing entry. The total loss from the theft was estimated at $500, and the estimated cost of the damage to the structures was $400, according to the report.

• 2:55 p.m. Tuesday, 1900 block of Virginia Road, a 66-year-old Osawatomie man reported an unknown subject entered his son’s residence and stole property.
