This event is in conjunction with National Volunteer Week Celebration Service, April 15-21, according to a press release.
The luncheon — which features barbecue sandwiches, chips, cookies and drinks — will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Carnegie Cultural Center, 501 S. Main St., Ottawa. It is free for all Franklin County volunteers and volunteer managers, who combined have contributed thousands of hours of service in 2017, according to the release. It will be a come-and-go event, the release said.
