A 54-year-old Topeka woman was involved in a fatality wreck at about noon Saturday near the Franklin and Osage County line, according to a sheriff’s report.

Linda J. Henderson, the driver of a 1999 Chevrolet 1500 pickup, did not yield at a flashing railroad sign in the 2800 block of Alabama Terrace, near Quenemo, and was struck by a westbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe train, the report said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.
