• 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Dea’Juan Dabney, 22, Wichita, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 9:49 a.m. Thursday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Joshua S. Hoyt, 30, Topeka, on a Franklin County probation violation warrant.

• 11:31 a.m. Thursday, 4700 block of U.S. 59, Steven Borkowski, 51, Ottawa, on a Douglas County warrant for failure to appear after being stopped for a traffic violation.

• 4:10 p.m. Thursday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Carmen Lear, 36, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 4:22 p.m. Thursday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Thomas Martin, 31, Pomona, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

Incidents

• 2:45 a.m. Thursday, 400 block of Taylor Street, a 38-year-old Pomona man reported being struck by a golf club by Marshall Tucker, 25, Pomona. Tucker left the scene before officers arrived and a report was taken.

Accidents

• 5:30 a.m. Thursday, 1-35 Milepost 199, a 2015 Suzuki motorcycle driven by Jessie Tilton, 31, Wellsville was traveling southbound and struck a coyote. The motorcycle overturned several times in a ditch. No injuries were reported.

Thefts

• 2:35 a.m. Wednesday, 1800 block of Indiana Road, a 21-year-old Williamsburg woman reported an unknown suspect took a television from her home.

• 4:41 p.m. Thursday, 1200 block K-68, a 51-year-old Ottawa man reported multiple vehicles and other property stolen from his residence.

Incidents

• 8:12 a.m. Wednesday, 1600 block of S. Osage Drive, a 39-year-old Ottawa man reported that a 15-year-old male had runaway. The juvenile was later located.

Thefts

• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, 200 block of N. Main Street, a 58-year-old Ottawa woman reported the theft of fuel by an unknown suspect.

• 5:01 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of N. Oak Street, a 54-year-old Ottawa man reported the theft of a license plate from his vehicle.
