3:37 a.m. Saturday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Michael Dixon, 26, Overbrook, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

7:09 p.m. Sunday, 1700 block of K-68, Cody Hight 21, Topeka, DUI, interference with law enforcement officer, transporting an open container and no proof of liability insurance after a traffic stop investigation.

7:15 a.m. Saturday, 2600 block of I-35, 2005 Mercedes-Benz van driven by Larysa Timchenko, 45, Maine, was southbound when she fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a guardrail. The damage was greater than $1,000. No injuries.

12:05 p.m. Saturday, 200 block of John Brown Road, Williamsburg, a 1998 Ford Ranger driven by Lori Clifton, 57, Williamsburg, was westbound when she left the roadway, and struck a fence post. She was transported to Ransom Memorial Hospital for possible injuries. The damage was over $1,000.

1:30 a.m. Saturday, 3500 block of Cloud Road, Richmond, a 37-year-old Richmond man reported a 28-year-old Richmond female bit him on the leg during a physical altercation. A report was forwarded to the county attorney.

2:32 p.m. Sunday, 3900 block Tennessee Road, Ottawa, a 38-year-old female, Ottawa, reported her dog bit a 66-year-oldfemale, Ottawa. A report will be sent to the Health Department.

5:36 p.m. Sunday, 1800 block of I-35, mile marker 174, Lacey Snorgrass, 35, Baldwin, turned in a cell phone she located in the rest area restroom.

2:29 p.m. Friday, 700 block of South Locust St., Ottawa, Michael Kile, 36, domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

10:13 p.m. Friday, 500 block of North Hickory St., Ottawa, Thomas Yohe, 71, Ottawa, DUI after being stopped for a traffic violation.

8:02 a.m. Saturday, 1600 block of South Main Steet, Ottawa, David Ralston, 38, Ottawa, battered a known 26-year-old female.

3:08 p.m. Saturday 2200 block of East Logan Street, Ottawa, Philip Shrimpton, 23, Ottawa, DUI after officers were called to check on an erratic driver.

6:41 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of South Walnut Street, Ottawa, Aaron Day, 31, Kansas City, Mo., Steven Jackson, 44, Ottawa, interfered with law enforcement officer.

8:49 a.m. Friday, 400 block of South Main St., Ottawa, a 59-year-old Ottawa male found deceased in his home. Case is under investigation.

8:52 a.m. Friday, 800 block of South Cypress St., Ottawa, a 23-year-old male, Ottawa, reported damage to his propery.
