• 2:19 a.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St. Ottawa, a 40-year-old Topeka male for three Shawnee County failure to pay child support warrants. The bond was set at $400 cash or surety.

• 2:21 a.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, a 32-year-old Topeka female for Shawnee County probation violation warrant.

• 11:32 a.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St. Ottawa, a 32-year-old Lawrence female for a Franklin County contempt warrant.

• 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, 300 block of Madison St., Pomona, a 64-year-old Pomona female for domestic battery after she was involved in a physical altercation with her daughter.

• 6:18 p.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, a 20-year-old Tonganoxie male for criminal threat and battery on a corrections officer after an altercation while being housed in the Franklin County jail.

Theft

• 11:53 a.m. Monday, 200 block of E. Franklin St., Pomona, a 48-year-old Pomona female reported an unknown subject drove away without paying $18.10 for motor fuel.

Accidents

• 3:50 p.m. Monday, 2000 block of I-35, Zackariah Ortega, 23, Topeka, was traveling north bound in a 2006 Freightliner when he was struck by a 2019 Freightliner driven by Albert Jones, 62, Riverdale, Illinois.

• 6:52 p.m. Monday, 4000 I-35, Wellsville, Kennedy Ihewuokwu, 33, Overland Park, was driving a rental truck with a Uhaul trailer southbound when he lost control of his truck and jackknifed in the highway. Kennedy was arrested for driving under the influence, no ignition interlock, failure to stop at an accident and transporting an open container.

• 9:26 p.m. Monday, 2100 block of Ohio Road, Ottawa, a 24-year-old Ottawa female reported that a 51-year-old Ottawa male pointed a loaded gun at her during an argument then fled the scene.

• 5:10 p.m. Tuesday, 1600 block of Vermont Road, Rantoul, a 56-year-old Rantoul female reported an unknown subject stole tools, a television, and currency from her residence. The total loss was estimated at $10,531.

• 1:54 p.m. Wednesday, 4000 US-59, Ottawa, 42-year-old Paola male for driving while revoked after being stopped for a traffic infraction.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, a 20-year-old Ottawa male for criminal damage to property after damaging two pairs of leg shackles. Loss estimated at $80.

• 12:59 a.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, a 41-year-old Osawatomie female for a Franklin County failure to appear warrant.

• 3:17 p.m. Thursday, 1000 block of N. Oak St., Ottawa, a 28 year-old Ottawa male on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 5:16 p.m. Thursday, 2500 block of S. Elm St., Ottawa, a 60 year-old Ottawa male, on an active Osage County warrant.

Non-injury accident

• 200 block of South Maple Street, a 2013 Dodge pickup pulling a 2012 camper owned by Sean Bishop, a 42 year-old Ottawa male, struck a 2003 Ford pickup owned by Charles Williams, a 68 year-old Ottawa male that was legally parked.

Thefts

• 2:16 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of W. Wilson St., a 72 year-old Ottawa male said a known subject stole property belonging to him.

• 4:30 p.m. Thursday, 500 block of S. Oak St., Ottawa, a 40 year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown subject stole an item.

• 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, 100 block of West Keokuk, Ottawa, a 59 year-old Overbrook female reported an unknown subject stole merchandise from the auction barn. Case is under investigation.

• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, 200 block of South Main, Ottawa, a 66 year-old female reported an unknown subject stole a 2000 Chrysler van.

• 12:52 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of Tremont St., Ottawa, a 12-year-old male juvenile was cited and released after battering a 13-year-old male juvenile.

• Thursday, 200 block of Walnut St., Ottawa, methamphetamine was located in an unoccupied vehicle.
