• 1:48 a.m. Friday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Jose Jave Jr., 30, Vassar, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 9:30 p.m. Sunday, 3500 block of I-35, Ottawa, Milton Jordon, 42, Kirksville, Mo., for a Jackson County theft warrant, after being stopped for a traffic violation.

• 2:37 p.m. Monday, 300 block of E. Fourth St., Ottawa, a 16-year-old Ottawa female for a Franklin County aggravated unlawful transmission of visual depiction of a child and obscenity probable cause warrant.

• 10:22 p.m. Monday, 400 block of W. 7th St., Ottawa, Joslyn Obrien, 29, Ottawa was arrested for a Garnett Police Department warrant after being observed riding a bicycle. During the course of the arrest, Joslyn was subsequently charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

• 2:01 p.m. Tuesday, 900 block of N. Main St., Jeremy Manheim, 32, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Karly Robinson, 32, Ottawa, on a Franklin County bond revocation warrant

• 2:21 p.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Gunner Thompson, 26, Pomona, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

Thefts

• 2:37 a.m. Friday, 1700 block of Rock Creek Road, an 18-year-old Ottawa female reported several items were taken from her vehicle. Loss estimated at $3,750.

• 8 a.m. Friday, 4000 block of Shawnee Road, Wellsville female reported someone entered her residence and stole a gaming system. Loss estimated at $200.

• 7:11 a.m. Monday, 2400 block of Old 50, Ottawa, a 36-year-old Wellsville male reported someone stole several pieces of steel and aluminum from the back of an RS Electric truck.

Incidents

• 11:13 a.m. Friday, 300 block of N. Center Street, Williamsburg, a 30-year-old Williamsburg female was found deceased in her resident due to unknown causes. Case is under investigation.

• 1:23 p.m. Monday, 200 block of S. Beech St., Ottawa, a 16-year-old Ottawa male investigated for battery against multiple corrections officers.

• 11:23 p.m. Tuesday, 400 block of S. Cedar St., Ottawa, 57-year-old Lane female reported her 23-year-old son struck her in the face during an altercation.

Accidents

• 5:34 p.m. Saturday, 3900 block of I-35, milepost 193, Sarah Harris, 30, Wellsville, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Preston Santo, 14, Gardner. Damage estimated over $1,000. Minor injuries reported, but all declined medical transport.

• 6:24 p.m.Saturday, 1600 block of Labette Road, Lisa Snow, 34, Williamsburg, was riding a 1982 Honda motorcycle when she lost control and was thrown into the ditch. She was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center for treatment. Damage estimated over $1,000.

• 6 a.m. Monday, 800 block of K-68, Howard Driver, 78, Ottawa, was driving a 2013 Ford Focus westbound when he struck a deer.

• 7:51 p.m. Monday, 2200 block of Eisenhower Road, Ottawa, a 16-year-old Ottawa male was traveling north in a 1997 Toyota 4 Runner when he lost control on the gravel. The vehicle rolled and came to a stop in the roadway. He reported minor injuries, but declined transportation to the hospital by EMS.

• 12:41 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of N. Main St., Ottawa, Jarrett Black for DUI after a traffic stop. He then took contraband into the Frankin County Jail.

• 12:51 a.m. Saturday, 334 N. Main St., Ottawa, Jackson Poe, 19, Ottawa, for possession of drug paraphernaia, child endangerment, interference with law enforcement after officers investigated a suspicious vehicle.

• 2:57 a.m. Saturday, 800 S. Oak St., Ottawa, Matthew Ashburn, 34, Ottawa, interfering with an investigation.

• 10:25 p.m. Saturday, 400 block of East Second St., Ottawa, Hanford Atchison, 58, for trespassing.

• Tuesday, 900 block of N. Cleveland St., Ottawa, a 15-year-old Ottawa juvenile for fleeing and eluding, driving without a license, no proof of insurance and no vehicle registration.

Thefts

• 5:17 p.m. Friday, 800 block of S. Tremont, Ottawa, a 41-year-old Ottawa male, reported the theft of a phone by a known suspect.

• 12:21 p.m. Saturday, 400 block of W. Wilson St., Ottawa, a 51-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown individual stole items and damaged his property.

• 1 p.m. Saturday, 800 block of W. Sixth St., Ottawa, a 46-year-old Ottawa female reported a known individual stole and damaged her property.

• 2:55 p.m. Saturday, 900 block of N. Locust St., Ottawa, a 62-year-old male reported an unknown individual stole his trailer.

• 10:09 a.m. Sunday, 2100 block of S, Princeton, Ottawa, a 53-year-old Pomona male reported an unknown suspect stole items from the bed of his pickup.

• 2:28 p.m. Sunday, 700 block of S. Pecan St., Ottawa, a 44-year-old Ottawa female reported a suspect stole items from a house.

• 11:53 a.m. Friday, 1000 block of Enterprise, Ottawa, a 23-year-old male reported being the victim of domestic battery.

• 4 p.m. Friday, 515 S. Main St., Ottawa (City Park), a 42-year-old Ottawa female reported damage to a structure by an unknown suspect.

• 10:33 a.m. Sunday, 700 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 26-year-old Princeton male reported being battered by a known suspect. Lazarus Flack, 26- year-old Ottawa male, arrested for battery.

• 3:10 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 23-year-old female reported being a victim of domestic battery, criminal restraint and deprivation of property by a known suspect.

• 11:28 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of East Walton St., Ottawa, a 38-year-old Ottawa female reported being bitten by a dog owned by a known suspect.

Accidents

1:06 p.m. Friday, 600 block of S. Ash, a 2002 Jeep driven by Samuel Pacheco, 83, Ottawa, failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a 2001 Dodge driven by Donald Garman, 25, Pomona. Pacheco was cited for inattentive driving.

• 12:24 p.m. Tuesday, 200 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, Michael Bodenhamer, 68, Ottawa, was driving a 2005 Ford and struck a dumpster in the alley.
