• 9:40 a.m. Monday, 300 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, James Justice, 57, Ottawa, for a Franklin County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, aggravated weapons violation by a felon, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• 10:20 a.m. Monday, 300 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, Leeanne Brooker, 26, Wellington, for a Franklin County probation violation warrant.

• 10:53 a.m. Monday, 2300 Pawnee Road, Ottawa, William Lute III, 29, Princeton, for a Franklin County probation violation warrant.

• 12:42 p.m. Monday, 200 block of S. Beach St., Ottawa, a 17-year-old male for a Franklin County bond violation warrant.

Thefts

• 11:34 a.m. Friday, 2500 block of Idaho Road, Ottawa, a 32-year-old Ottawa male reported the theft of arrows from and damage to a shed.

• 5:05 p.m. Monday, 1200 Thomas Road, Pomona, a 24-year-old Pomona female reported an unknown person was using checks from her canceled checking account to purchase items from various stores.

Accidents

• 5:27 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of S. McGinnis Avenue, Rantoul, a 30-year-old Rantoul female reported an unknown vehicle struck her 2014 Ford Flex while it was parked on the side of the street.

• 10:18 a.m. Monday, 2000 I-35, Williamsburg, Garth Duncan, 77, Dallas, Texas, was northbound in a 2018 Dyna Motor Home, towing a 2015 Chevrolet Spark. The tow bar broke causing the Spark to get damaged by the tow bar. The Spark received heavy front end damage.

• 8:25 p.m. Tuesday, 900 block of US-59 Highway, a 67-year-old Garnett male traveling southbound in a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker when he struck a deer.

• 2:28 p.m. Sunday, 300 block of Cedar St., Lane, a 43-year-old Lane female reported being bitten by a dog owned by a 36-year-old Lane resident.

• 9:31 a.m. Monday, 200 block of High St., Princeton, a 70-year-old Princeton female reported witnessing a male subject striking a female subject during an argument. It was determined a 19-year-old Princeton female, and a 29-year-old Princeton male were the subjects involved. Both denied any physical contact, and stated it was only an argument. A report was forwarded to the County attorney’s office.

• 12:15 p.m. Monday, 2700 block of Douglas Road, Richmond, a 62-year-old Richmond male reported being a victim of an online scam. Total loss was $10,000.

8:57 a.m. Tuesday, 4500 block of Indiana Drive, Ottawa, a 63-year-old Ottawa female reported two fraudulent electronic debits to her checking account.

• 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, 100 block of S. 12th Street, Centropolis, a 70-year-old Ottawa female bit by a dog belonging to a Centroplis male.

• 1:10 p.m. Tuesday, 200 block of W. Fifth St., Pomona, a 42-year old Pomona female reported a possible physical domestic battery involving her boyfriend, a 25-year old Pomona male. A report was forwarded to the county attorney’s office for review.

• 2:43 p.m. Tuesday, 1800 block of Nevada Road, a 38-year-old Princeton female reported the unlawful use of a financial card.

• 5 p.m. Tuesday, 3500 block of Ellis Road, Richmond, a Central Heights school district staff member reported receiving information that a male juvenile student may be sending inappropriate photos to several female juvenile students at the school.

• 1:45 p.m. Sunday, 1200 block of W. Second St., Ottawa, Roy Teal, 38, for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

• 10:46 p.m. Sunday, 600 block of S. Burrough St., Ottawa, Emily Bethell, 19, Ottawa, batters a 21 year-old Ottawa male.

• 8:05 p.m. Monday, 1000 block of N. Mulberry St., Ottawa, Bradley Comstock, 41, Ottawa, on aggravated assault, domestic battery and criminal threat charges after a disturbance with a 28-year-old Ottawa male.

• 9:28 a.m. Tuesday, 800 block of S. Pecan St., Ottawa, Darren Deicenzo, 46, Ottawa, for disorderly conduct, pedestrian under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were called for a disturbance.

• 6:25 p.m. Friday, 500 S. Elm St., Ottawa, a 76-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown subject stole his vehicle.

• 12:48 p.m. Friday, 400 block of S. Elm St., Ottawa, a 49-year-old Ottawa female, reported a 1996 Ford Ranger extended cab pickup was stolen by a known Ottawa male.

• 5:23 p.m. Friday, 400 block of W. Wilson St., Ottawa, a 43-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown subject stole and damaged his vehicle.

• 10 a.m. Saturday, 300 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 28-year-old Ottawa male, reported an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and stole items.

• 11:42 a.m. Saturday, 500 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 45-year-old Ottawa female reported damage to property. A 69-year-old Ottawa female reported somone stole her property.

• 4:19 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of W. Second St., Ottawa, a 35-year-old Las Cruces, New Mexico male reported an unknown suspect stole his identity.

• 10:08 p.m. Saturday, 1400 block of S. Ash, Ottawa, a 42-year-old Ottawa male was cited and released for possession of paraphernalia after being contacted on a call for service.

• Monday, 9:55 p.m., 600 block of W. 15th Street, a 2017 Ford owned by the City of Ottawa and driven by Sarah Frazee, 32, Ottawa, struck a 2014 Jeep driven by Diane Laterra, 64, Ottawa. Frazee was transported to RMH via ambulance with minor injuries.
